Essential Qualifications
Applicants must meet the following essential criteria:
- Graduate degree with three years of relevant post-qualification experience, or a postgraduate qualification (PG) in Life Sciences, Pharma, Nursing, Biotechnology, or related fields.
- Previous experience working in clinical research projects of at least a year.
Additional qualifications such as GCP Certification, fluency in English and Hindi, and prior clinical data entry experience will be highly valued.
Detailed Job Responsibilities
Selected candidates will have crucial responsibilities that include:
- Assisting Principal Investigators and Co-Investigators with participant screening, eligibility verification, and informed consent processes.
- Managing study documentation meticulously to ensure compliance and regular updates.
- Administering interventions and recording relevant data systematically.
- Conducting follow-ups with participants via telephone and maintaining detailed contact reports.
- Managing physical document archiving and performing data entry into specified platforms.
Employment Terms and Salary
Based on performance and project requirements, the appointment can be extended up to three years based on purely contractual terms.
- Monthly Salary: ₹28,000 + HRA (9%, 18%, or 27%, depending on category)
- Duration: Initial recruitment for one year; extension subject to project needs and candidate performance.
